The health and safety of our Lucy’s guests and team members is our first priority. We have a dedicated team monitoring the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and government mandates to inform our decisions.
Although our dining rooms remain temporarily closed at certain locations, we’ve taken great care to continue safely serving you Lucy’s favorites via Take-Out & Delivery.
In locations where our dining rooms are now operating at a limited capacity, we have taken every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests and compliance with all state and city orders.

Confirm the hours of operation and operational capacity of Lucy’s before visiting; if dining in, reservations are highly encouraged! During busy times, a Lucy’s host will be waiting outside to either immediately seat guests or add them to the queue – if a table is unavailable upon your arrival, we’ll take your number so you can comfortably wait in your car or outside. We’ll text you when your table is ready! Please call ahead to place a take- out order – we’ll give you an estimated pick-up time.
Give Guests Space
Maintain at least six feet between you and other guests while waiting in line to be seated, picking up or ordering food, or enjoying your food/drinks outside. Please don’t congregate!
Wear A Mask
If you are not seated at a table and actively eating, we ask that you please wear a mask
