Can I purchase an e-card instead of a physical card?

Will the Holiday Gift Card bonus be loaded on one card?
Yes, all Holiday Bonus Gift Card credits will be loaded onto one card. For example, if the sum of your Regular Gift Card order is $225, you will receive one $40 Holiday Bonus Gift Card.
I ordered multiple Gift Cards under one order. Can I ship them to different locations?
Your order will be shipped to one location. Both the Regular Gift Cards and Holiday Bonus Gift Cards will be mailed to the shipping address submitted during checkout as we are unable to ship to multiple locations at this time. We recommend placing individual orders should you require shipping to multiple locations.
Can gift cards be used for merchandise?
Regular Gift Cards and Holiday Bonus Gift Cards can be used to purchase merchandise, in-restaurant only.
Can gift cards be used online?
Regular Gift Cards and Holiday Bonus Gift Cards may not be used to purchase items from our online Surf Shop.
Can I use the gift cards the same day I purchase them?
Between November 25, 2023, and December 24, 2023, purchased gift cards are valid the day after the purchase only. Guests who are dining with us may not purchase gift cards (and receive Holiday Bonus Gift Cards) and then use those same gift cards to pay for their current meal, merchandise, hot sauce, etc.
Do the Holiday Bonus Gift Cards Expire?
Holiday Bonus Gift Cards may be used between January 1, 2024 – December 30, 2024. Bonus Gift Cards are complimentary bonus credits and have no cash value. The Holiday Bonus Gift Card must be used all at once and no change is given.
